Der Royal Oporto Rosé Portwein stammt aus dem renommierten Portweinhaus Real Companhia Velha, das im Jahr 1756 von König José I und unter der Leitung seines Premierministers Sebastiao Jose de Carvalho e Mello gegründet wurde. Seither konnte es sich durch hervorragende Qualität und erstklassige Produkte stets an der Spitze halten. Der Royal Oporto Rosé Portwein wird aus den Traubensorten Touriga Franca und Touriga Nacional aus der Douro-Region Cima-Corgo, im Norden Portugals hergestellt und ist ein mit Spirituosen versetzter Wein. Für den Erhalt seiner edlen Farbe werden die Traubenschalen unmittelbar nach der Pressung vom Most getrennt. Anders als andere Portweine ruht der Royal Oporto Rosé Portwein in Edelstahltanks statt Holzfässern und behält so einen angenehm fruchtigen und frischen Traubengeschmack, der von feinen Anklängen roter Früchte durchzogen wird. Weich und elegant sollte er pur und gut gekühlt serviert werden.

Nicht nein Geschmack

Dieser Port hat für meinen Geschmack zu viel Barrick und wird dadurch am Ende doch bitter.
Da bevorzuge ich weichere Rose-Portweine
